Most steak and chops come two in a package,
roasts are about 3 pounds each, sausage, ground beef and stew
meat comes in pound packages. AH meat is USDA or Minnesota State
inspected. Packaged meat will be delivered within two business
days or according to your arrangements. Delivery is subject to
available supply.

BEEF QUARTERS: All quarters are sold as half of a half. It is
priced by hanging weight-hide head and entrails removed and
subject to 25% shrinkage.
CHICKENS
Chickens are sold frozen shrink vacuum packed as whole,
halved or quartered. Chickens range from 4-8 lbs with the
average chicken being 5.4 lbs.
