Harmony, Diversity and Respect for the Whole of
Creation
| Morning Has Broken Farm is 383 acres of crop and
pasture land in the heart of the rolling prairie of Stony Run
Township in Yellow Medicine County in Southwestern MN. It is the
home of 12 stock cows and their calves, a varying number of sheep,
hogs, broiler chickens and laying hens as well as our 9 Arabian
horses.
It is an aesthetically pleasing place to connect with other
creatures of God's wonderful creation.

A driving principle has always been to make every effort to pass on
the land to the next generation in at least as good a condition as it
was received.
Since 1982, our plan has been to discover the most sustainable
methods of caring for the farm while making an adequate living for all
four families involved.
Our meats are
the "Healthy Choice" that make you feel good about
eating meat. |
We offer pasture raised meat that is finished on home grown grains
without antibiotics, animal byproducts or added growth stimulants.
These special products are processed at one of three plants in our
local area: Chickens are processed at Hector Meats (a state on
site inspected poultry plant), Belgrade Meat Shop (a state on site
inspected meat plant) or Carlson's Meat (a USDA on site inspected
meat plant). We are a licensed vendor (#20065977 with the MN Dept.
of Ag.), which enables us to deliver to your door.
